The Manitoba Employment Equity Practitioners Association (MEEPA) is pleased to announce our partnership with Manitoba Hydro and the Manitoba Human Rights Commission in hosting our next in-person MEEPA event “Emerging Human Rights Issues & Decisions” on Thursday, May 1st from 1:00 to 3:30 pm at Manitoba Hydro, 360 Portage Avenue.

Come and hear from Karen Sharma, the Executive Director of the Manitoba Human Rights Commission, about her insights about The Human Rights Code and learn about the emerging Human Rights issues and case decisions. Attendees once they register will be able to send in one question in advance of this event and engage in meaningful discussions about workplace human rights issues. Upholding human rights and fostering inclusive workplaces is indeed crucial, and this event is designed to help raise awareness and promote understanding.
